Baron started years ago by buying older mobile homes and remodeling them to create quality rental housing. Over time, that hands-on work naturally grew into a moving business, where he spent several years transporting and setting homes. Along the way, he began selling some of the homes he was rehabbing, which eventually led him to earn his dealer’s license and work closely with communities and investors. That journey is what became Southern Mobile Homes — and now, we’re proud to be opening our first retail home center.

Lauren didn’t seek out the manufactured home industry, it found her. What began as a career centered on helping people furnish their homes naturally evolved into helping them own one. She quickly found her stride in manufactured housing, discovering a passion for guiding people through an often intimidating process with honesty and clarity.

Lauren believes homeownership should feel achievable. She leads with transparency, sets realistic expectations, and takes the time to educate her clients so they can make decisions with confidence. Her goal is simple: to treat every client the way she’d want to be treated when making one of life’s biggest decisions.
